The KONG KLASSIC is back, and we're bringing the excitement of the CrossFit Games to Synergy Strength!
For nearly two decades, our fall competition has been a staple of the Synergy community. From the Prairie CF Challenge to the Bridge City Beat Down, the Voodoo Fitness Festival, and now the KONG KLASSIC, we've built a tradition of challenging athletes, celebrating fitness, and bringing our community together.
This year, we're turning up the excitement with our very own mini Team Games!
Inspired by the workouts, concepts, and unforgettable tests from the CrossFit Games, teams will take on five unique events designed to challenge strength, endurance, skill, strategy, and teamwork.
Some workouts will be revealed ahead of time. Others? You'll just have to wait and see!
Same-Sex Teams: Male/Male (MM) or Female/Female (FF)
Divisions: RX'd and Scaled
Standards: To be determined based on the workouts.

Kick off the weekend with our opening event and get your first taste of the KONG KLASSIC!
Saturday, September 11 — Events 2–5
Four more tests. One full day of competition. Expect a mix of classic fitness challenges, exciting team workouts, and a few surprises along the way.
Whether you're chasing the podium or just looking to test your fitness alongside your favourite training partner, the KONG KLASSIC is all about great workouts, friendly rivalries, and an incredible community.
