Our Junior Learn to Lift program is a 4-session series (1 hour each, Thursdays at 5:30 PM) led by Coach Chad, designed specifically for athletes ages 12–18 who want to learn or expand their knowledge of strength training.
In this small-group setting, juniors will be introduced to the fundamentals of safe and effective lifting. Each session covers the proper technique and progression for:
Squats (back & front)
Deadlifts
Pulls
Press and Push press
Snatch
Clean & Jerk
